Can I Purchase A Single Personal Training Session?

Although other personal trainers sell individual sessions our company focuses on achieving results for our clients. This usually takes more than one session, nutritional support and other tools. That’s why our services are priced as packages designed to give you the full support you need regardless of your budget. Once you have purchased a package, you can add-on a single personal training session once in a while if you would like additional sessions.


What Is Our Cancellation Policy?

Due to the nature of our business and the commitment needed from our customers to achieve their results we require 24 hours notice to cancel a personal training appointment or the appointment will be redeemed. We have the facility to “pencil-in” appointments and we require confirmation of the appointment booking at least 24 hours before the appointment or it will automatically be cancelled.


 How Does The Consultation Process Work?

Your free consultation will allow us to get to know you, your previous experience & what you are hoping to achieve. It also gives us a chance to show you how wonderful our service is! We will ask questions about your nutritional habits, challenges, previous experience and current fitness activities to help us in customising our services to you. The consultation will last 30 minutes and can be booked at the facility closest to you.


When Do The Boot Camps Take Place?

Our boot camps take place at all of our facility in Summertown outside of working hours. These group exercise classes are instructed by our expert personal trainers to give you the extra support needed to achieve your goals. We even run Boot Camps on a Saturday morning.


Is Payment Required Upfront?

We do require payment upfront for our packages above. Although we can structure a payment plan for pre-made packages like the “12 Week Lose It program”. Book a consultation and speak to one of our trainers for more information about our payment plans.


What Supplements Are Included In The Elite Package?

Depending on your goals, challenges and current experience our personal trainers will recommend specific products. There is no limit on the products value, although our trainers will not recommend something you do not need. For example a weight loss client who is challenged with a slow metabolism our Diet Shake 120 (27 servings) would be recommended.


How Often Should I Book The 1-1 Personal Training Sessions

We recommend you should be exercising 2-3 times per week to achieve almost any goals. Ideally you should be seeing you personal trainer at leastonce per weekbut many of our customers prefer 2-3 Personal Training sessions per week for the added support and faster results.


 What Happens If I Purchase A Package And Go On Holiday?

We allow holiday time to be added to the end of the expiration date to allow you to make the full use of your purchase and achieve the results you are looking for.



How Many People Is Shared Personal Training for?

Shared personal training is for two people, the prices above are a per person price for the package. Each of you will be required to attend all of the sessions together and these sessions can not be transferred to another person after the first session is redeemed. Both customer will receive the added benefits of a boot camps membership or/and supplementation depending on the package purchased.
