Love the Abingdon Boot Camp and will continue going to those sessions, even through the cold months. You don't stay cold for long. This year I signed up to my first half marathon and decided I needed some extra help to build my core muscles/strength. Looking on the OPT website I found myself looking at the PT section. Never had PT one on one before, but Nick was brilliant from my first consultation, understood what I wanted out of the sessions and structured it accordingly. I will miss my sessions, but I have now achieved my goal and completed my first half marathon at the weekend within the time I set myself, even talking about another in the Spring. Thanks for all your great advice and will definitely recommend your services to others and maybe even use the PT sessions again, as my next goal is the John O Groats to Lands End Bike Challenge in 2018.
