This is a highly challenging workout suitable for those who are serious about taking their fitness up a notch.


Classes run for 8-12 weeks, once a week, with each class lasting 45 minutes. Each release combines punching, kicking, kneeing, elbows and ab work for a full body fat burning and cardio workout.
