BOX is a high-energy martial arts-inspired workout that is totally non-contact. Great for beginners this boxing-inspired workout lets you unleash your stress on punch pads. Feel the highly motivational environment of a BOX class whilst burning up to 750 calories due to the afterburn effect.


Courses run for 8-12 weeks, once a week, with each class lasting 45 minutes. Each release combines punching, kicking, kneeing, elbows and ab work for a full body fat burning and cardio workout.
